Mommy, Come Back!

Daddy took this picture when Mommy left for the grocery store this weekend.

Grant is too cute

Grant loves his bath. When I grab the towel and tell him it's time to get out, he's recently started to lean all the way forward so it's hard to pick him up, then looks over his shoulder and smiles at me like, try to get me out now Mommy!



Grant usually doesn't give kisses on demand. Last weekend when we asked for kisses he put his forhead on our faces like he was kissing us that way.



Grant has also been fascinated with teeth the past couple weeks. He always want to touch and look at my teeth, and he'll do it for a long time. And I have to be careful if I stop showing my teeth- baby fingernails scraping at gums does not feel all that great. Do we have a future dentist?

11 Months Old

The only reason Grant held still long enough for us to get a picture was becuase Mommy held Miles.  That's what he's looking at.

Grant took some more steps today.  He opens his mouth really wide and laughs the whole time.  It is the cutest thing ever.

First Steps

Grant took his first steps today!  He was really fascinated with the big mug Troy takes to work.  He took it and held on to the handle with both hands. He was holding on to it like it was the toy he pushes/walks behind.  And then he walked from Daddy to Mommy.  He wouldn't do it again but we were very excited.  And now he can take his time getting good at it. :)
