Embarrassing Story for When Grant is Older

Grant is pretty much potty trained, but he's really afraid of public restrooms. I think the loud flushing scares him, but I'm not sure if there's anything else that he doesn't like. When he came to visit us in the hospital, he WOULD NOT use the potty in my room. We tried all kinds of bribes but he wouldn't do it. We didn't want him to have a big accident, so... he peed in the shower. He took off his pants and stood there and peed. Gross, but so funny.

This is the best picture with her legs stretched out.

3 days old

Was Grant really ever as little as Leah?

First Bath and Other Pictures

This outfit is so cute we had to play baby dress up and take some pictures.

Flattering family photo.

Leah brought her big brother a present.

The truck full of little cars is a big hit. And very noisy on the wood floors.

Welcome Leah Kristien!

Leah Kristien was born Friday September 3 at 6:13 am. She was 7 pounds and 20 inches long. The consensus is that she looks like Mommy. Her middle name is a combination of G (Krista) and Grandma (Janien). Kristien beat out Ja'Nista by a hair.

If you've been looking at the Peekaboo Babies site, Leah won't be on there. They never came to take her picture. So we took this one right before we left the hospital.

Just under 7 pounds.

So far she's a sleeper (knock on wood!)

My favorite Leah picture so far. So cute.

Big brother wants to take her picture too.
