A minute after this picture Grant decided to stand up and push that bin around... until it flipped and knocked him in the mouth, resulting in lots of crying and a decent amount of blood.

12 months old today!How is it possible that Grant was born 1 year ago today? Everyone said it would go by fast, but it's crazy how true that has turned out to be. Grant went to the dr for his 12 month check up today. He hasn't grown as much as I thought he had. He's now 31 inches (80%) and 21 lb, 7 oz (30%). He started crying as soon as the dr came into the room and continued crying until after his 3 shots (what a fun birthday present!). We're going to have to go back to the physical therapist. We've noticed that Grant tilts his head when he walks and the dr wants the PT to evaluate him. Other than that and the cold he's had for a week and half, Grant is healthy. We faced the car seat in my car forward this afternoon and took Grant for a ride. When he got in the seat and saw me sitting there he got a big smile on his face. Hopefully the new views will keep him occupied in the car.
